Sneha Patel is a change leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and an packaging sustainability connoisseur. Sneha Patel is the Founder of South Asians in Sustainability, a social change and empowerment platform focused on supporting the South Asian community. She has developed a reputation for adapting to the rapidly evolving marketplace over the last decade. During this time, Sneha has taken a non-traditional approach in the various Innovation, e-Commerce, and Sustainability strategic roles she has held within the Corporate sector. Sneha has responded to the rapidly changing business environment by integrating transformation management principles in various disciplines to drive sustainable business change forward in Corporate America. She strongly believes in leading with purpose and empathy passionate and committed to serving underrepresented South Asian communities through advocacy and Non-Profit(s) collaboration as she believes through service, education, and humanitarian efforts we can take major steps towards our communities’ overall well-being.
Sneha is also the Women in Sustainability Hub lead for the New York City region and is an independent Sustainability Change Management Consultant with her own practice at IKP Consulting LLC.

Aneri Shah is a Marketing Strategist & Business Consultant. She is skilled in social media and content creation. Aneri is deeply passionate about social impact and is an advocate for women’s empowerment. She has recently graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a dual concentration in Marketing & Management with a minor in Psychology.
Phoebe is a Sustainability Intern at SAS, where she supports research, data collection, and marketing functions. Prior to joining SAS, Phoebe worked as a Sustainability Intern for Sodexo. Her projects focused on data collection and community engagement for food waste management. Phoebe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Environmental Policy from Marist College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability from Harvard Extension School. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking plant-based meals, lifting, and hiking.
Anavi has a STEM and social sciences background. She has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Environmental Science from Fergusson College, India. & an M.Sc. in Environment, Politics and Society from University College London. She resides in India & has an interest in sustainability in the beauty and fashion industry and have worked towards it by working with Hechos Por Nosotros( UN ECOSOC consultative status NGO), apart from this Anavi also has work experience in varied sustainability related fields such as renewable energy, green buildings, environmental education to name a few. Her motivation to work in this field is to ensure we can make the Earth a better place to live in by our own small steps. Apart from work, her hobbies include practicing Odissi dance( Indian classical dance form) which she have been pursuing for the past 15 years, practicing Yoga and reading books.
